Objectives of this project...
- To understand what life is like for people living in slums such as Kiberia.
- To recognise the different problems people face in terms of lack of services.
- To identify ways in which some of these problems might be solved.
Organisation of the project...
1. There are four different parts to the project...each of the images below links to a different section that you need to complete.
2. On each page are the resources that you require to complete the section...they include articles to read and videos to watch. You must complete all the tasks on each of the pages.
3. The project is to be completed on your own...the choice of presentation is up to you. You may present the project...
4. All researched information must be written in your own words. It is not acceptable to cut and paste text from websites...it will be obvious!
5. You must complete an evaluation, this will be available on this page towards the end of the project time.
6. You have three classes / two homeworks to complete the project.
